When to Use Each

Treasury Management is your starting point for operational setup. Connect your wallets, define treasury policies, and establish the asset allocation view before executing any payments through Synclear. The treasury dashboard becomes the source of truth for your on-chain financial position. Payment Flows are used whenever you need to disburse funds — payroll runs, vendor settlements, contractor payments, or inter-entity capital movements. Payment flows draw from treasury wallets, respect your configured approval policies, and record every disbursement on-chain with exportable receipts.
The Operate module does not custody your assets. Funds remain in your connected wallets at all times. Synclear smart contracts are invoked only at the moment of execution — for batch disbursements or yield deployments — and return control to your wallets immediately upon completion.
