Synclear’s Earn module lets on-chain businesses put idle treasury assets to work without leaving the protocol environment. Rather than holding stablecoins or liquid assets in a multisig or operations wallet generating zero return, businesses can allocate capital to yield-generating positions that remain fully on-chain, auditable, and withdrawable on demand or at a defined maturity date. Earn is not a black-box yield aggregator — it is a structured set of credit and liquidity products built for businesses that need transparency, defined risk parameters, and predictable capital availability.
Synclear Earn offers two distinct product types, designed for different risk profiles and capital planning horizons.
Yield Strategies
Automated allocation to risk-tiered vaults across curated lending pools and liquidity positions. Instant or 24-hour withdrawal. Suited to operating reserves and short-duration treasury.
Structured Products
Fixed-term credit notes, principal-protected notes, and yield-enhanced savings products. Higher yield potential in exchange for defined lock-up periods and minimum allocation sizes.
All yields displayed in the Earn module are variable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific structured product term sheet. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. Yields are driven by real-time market conditions, lending pool utilization, and credit spread dynamics — they can decrease as well as increase.
Assets deposited into Earn remain held by Synclear’s non-custodial vault contracts. Synclear does not commingle treasury funds or hold them in a centralized account. All positions are recorded on-chain and verifiable at any time via the vault contract addresses published in the smart contract registry. In the event of a protocol issue, recovery procedures and loss socialization mechanics are defined in the protocol’s risk documentation.
